Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AlgoLens, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter this agreement, and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@algolens.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account or sell access to it. Each subscription is for one user or business entity.

3. Subscription & billing

Trials: Free trials last 14 days. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, a subscription is required to continue syncing new trades.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown in USD.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers retain access until the end of the paid year.

Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of any charge if you are unsatisfied. Contact us to request one.

Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice before any price increase on your active subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use AlgoLens for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to access another user's data without authorization
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
Use automated means to scrape or extract data from our platform at scale
Resell or redistribute AlgoLens without written permission
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your trading data. By using AlgoLens, you grant us a license to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We'll provide advance notice where possible for planned downtime.

AlgoLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that analytics or metrics are error-free. Trading decisions made based on AlgoLens data are your responsibility.

AlgoLens is not a financial advisor and nothing in the service constitutes investment advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoLens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted permanently, unless required by law to retain it longer.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
