Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AlgoLens, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter this agreement, and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@algolens.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account or sell access to it. Each subscription is for one user or business entity.

3. Subscription & billing

This section applies to AlgoLens Analytics subscriptions. AlgoLens Factory purchases, including Factory + Analytics bundles, follow Section 11.

Trials: Free trials last 14 days. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, a subscription is required to continue syncing new trades.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown in USD.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers retain access until the end of the paid year.

Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of any charge if you are unsatisfied. Contact us to request one.

Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice before any price increase on your active subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use AlgoLens for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to access another user's data without authorization
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
Use automated means to scrape or extract data from our platform at scale
Resell or redistribute AlgoLens without written permission
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your trading data. By using AlgoLens, you grant us a license to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We'll provide advance notice where possible for planned downtime.

AlgoLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that analytics or metrics are error-free. Trading decisions made based on AlgoLens data are your responsibility.

AlgoLens is not a financial advisor and nothing in the service constitutes investment advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoLens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your Analytics data is retained for 90 days and then deleted permanently, unless required by law to retain it longer. Records of your purchases, licenses, and consents are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. This does not apply to the AlgoLens Factory License Agreement: a new version of it applies to you only once you accept it (see Section 11).

11. AlgoLens Factory

What governs a Factory purchase. Purchases of AlgoLens Factory, including Factory + Analytics bundles, are governed by the AlgoLens Factory License Agreement (version 2026-10-15), available at algolens.ai/factory/eula, and by our Cancellation & Refund Policy at algolens.ai/cancellation. For those purchases, where they differ from these Terms, they prevail.

What is different for the Factory. For Factory purchases:

a payment card is required to start the 14-day trial;
the refund is a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first charge. There is no pro-rated refund, and later charges are not refunded;
a new version of the License Agreement applies to you only once you accept it, in the app or at checkout. Continued use does not count as acceptance.

Bundles. The Analytics period included in a Factory + Analytics bundle follows the bundle rules in the License Agreement. It never turns into a paid Analytics subscription by itself. While it lasts, your use of Analytics follows these Terms.

The app runs on your computer. The Factory app and everything you make with it are stored on your computer, not on our servers. What the app sends to us, and what we keep, is described in the License Agreement and in our Privacy Policy.

12. Who we are and governing law

The algolens.ai website, AlgoLens Analytics, and AlgoLens Factory are provided by AlgoLens Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Florida, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law.
