Cancellation & refunds

14-day free trial

• We ask for a card, but nothing is charged during the trial. One trial per card and per computer.
• We e-mail you at least 7 days before the first charge.
• Cancel before the trial ends in My licenses and nothing is charged.

One-off payment

• A single charge on day 15, or right away if you bought without a trial.
• After it, the license is permanent.

12-month subscription

• 12 monthly charges that stop on their own after the 12th. Then the license becomes permanent.
• Cancel any time, online, with no fee. The license works until the end of the month already paid.
• Paid charges are not refunded, but they are never lost: if you come back, the count continues where it stopped, at the price of the day.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of the first charge (one-off or 1st monthly charge), we refund everything if you ask. The license ends.
• After that, and for later monthly charges, there are no refunds.

Declined payment

• We retry for up to 2 weeks and ask you to update your card or pay right away. On a subscription already running, the factory keeps working meanwhile.
• If it still fails, the license ends and you get a link to reactivate it, with the same key.
• Within 30 days, at the same price, launch price included. After that, at the price of the day.
• We never charge missed months all at once: the count continues where it stopped.

New versions and the bundle's Analytics

• New versions: 12 months from the first charge. A pause does not extend it. After that, renewal is optional and never charged automatically.
• One-off bundle Analytics: 12 months from the charge.
• 12-month bundle Analytics: one month for each month paid. It stops when the license stops and comes back when it comes back.

Disputes and extra payments

• Bank dispute (chargeback): the license ends at once and can't be reactivated.
• A payment that reaches an ended or already paid license goes back to the same card automatically.

• Cancel any time in your account settings, with no fee. Access runs to the end of the paid period.
• Pro-rated refund within 7 days of any charge, if you ask.
